1circle What is the GDPR?

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is the legal framework of the European Union that governs the collection and processing of users' personal data.

 

The GDPR came into effect on May 25, 2018 and applies to all entities based in an EU country that process personal data, as well as all entities around the world that process personal data belonging to EU residents.

It is all information about an identified or identifiable natural person, whether it is a name, an ID, location data, an online identifier, or one or more elements of physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of said person.

3circle What personal data does Fracttal store and how are they treated?

From the people who come into contact with us through the different means of search and/or capture, we request their express consent to store their personal data such as name or email and employment. These data are used and treated in accordance with the provisions of our privacy policy, which can be found here.

4circle What is the legitimacy for the processing of personal data?

Requests for information or demonstrations: The legal basis for the processing of your data is the informed consent to respond to the concerns raised through the website.

 

Marketing: The legitimate basis for processing your data for marketing purposes is the consent you provide, or the legitimate interest in contacting our customers to offer services or products.

 

Social networks: The basis of legitimacy is the informed consent to respond to the queries raised through our social networks, as well as the moment in which you subscribe or follow, and/or wish to be part of our contact list.

 

Analysis of usability and quality (Cookies): User consent for the implementation of cookies.

 

Fracttal One / Predictto: The legitimate basis is made up of the signed service agreement, contract or purchase order that initiates the contractual relationship, in which the treatment is informed in an informed manner.

 

Fracttal Academy / Fracttal University: The basis of legitimacy is informed knowledge to respond to the user's interest in receiving training on our platform.
